  • Measurements and pictures of existing furniture

  • New Home: Measurements of all rooms

  • Provide client with floor plans utilizing existing furniture

  • Provide client with suggestions on additional furniture that may have to be purchased, paint color, storage solutions reuse of window treatments, etc.

  • Provide client with a comprehensive plan to make their new home special

  • Label all furnishings for moving day so there is no problem placing furniture in new home
